Do you replicate designs?
HY will not replicate a product design of any other brand. Minor changes are bound to happen according to the designers' expertise inputs.
What is the estimated delivery period?
Minimum 30 days for regular products and 60 days for bridal wear.
Can I customize any product of HY?
Only products from Women's collection that are worth Rs.10k or above and products from Men's collection that are worth Rs.20k or above are eligible for customization.
What are the payment terms and conditions?
50% of the quoted price is the minimum amount required to initiate the order. Balance payment in full will be due before shipping. Any delay in payment would affect the dispatching time period as well.
Are there any discounts available for custom-made products?
No discounts or credits will be provided.
What if corrections need to be made after placing an order?
Any confusion in design or colors after confirmation and payment, the delivery date will automatically be pushed forward. In all cases, the client is responsible for the product details provided from their end.
Can I cancel or exchange products?
Orders cannot be canceled or exchanged with any other product from the date of advance payment.
