Once orders are placed and confirmed, any kind of changes to the order are not possible. Orders are fulfilled right away, so kindly ensure to order the correct items with the correct shipping and contact information.

Price adjustments cannot be made on any orders and all sales final. We do not accept requests for exchange or refunds. Our fabrics are handwoven, any defect visible to the eye are merely intricate details of  craftsmanship. We don't make products in bulk and we manually inspect each item carefully for all possible defects before it is shipped to our customers.

Gift Cards - Terms and conditions

• HY Gift Cards have a validity of 12 months from the date of purchase.
• No cash refunds/credit note shall be issued to the bearer for unused part of the Gift Card.
• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, under any circumstances.
• For balance enquiry, check the Gift Cards section on "worldofhy.com" or scan the QR code on the Gift Card.
• Gift Cards once bought cannot be returned/refunded.
• Gift Cards are valid and redeemable during all Sales and Promotions on the website.
• If you lost your Gift Card or forgot the number, please write to us at hello@worldofhy.com or call us at +91 9544 684 468. We shall investigate and take necessary action. However, Once activated, HY cannot be held liable if the Gift Cards are lost, stolen or damaged, or  used without card holders’ permission. Treat your HY Gift Card as cash.
